The governing framework of the Iraqi Investors Association.
Article 1 — Association's Name
The official name of the organization is the Iraqi Investors Association (IIA), a non-governmental organization registered with the Iraqi Prime Minister's Office.
Article 2 — Association Office
The principal office of the Association shall be located in Baghdad, Iraq, with the authority to establish branch offices as deemed necessary.
Article 3 — Association's Objectives
To advocate for investor rights, promote sustainable investment in Iraq, provide education and networking opportunities, and engage with government to improve the investment climate.
Article 4 — Association's Membership
Membership is open to individuals and institutions engaged in or interested in investment activities in Iraq, subject to approval by the membership committee.
Article 5 — Membership Acceptance
Applications are reviewed by the membership committee. Approved members shall abide by the Association's bylaws and code of conduct.
Article 6 — Loss of Membership
Membership may be revoked for violation of Association bylaws, unethical conduct, or failure to meet membership obligations.
